Through the following research work aims to discover the different dialogues of environmental knowledge against a look from social, economic, environmental and educational contexts of the basin of the Dagua River-Valley of the Cauca-Colombia to make environmental education in the municipalities of Dagua, Restrepo and Buenaventura, that allow to know the perceptions of the communities, Afrodescendants, peasant and indigenous culture and ancestral knowledge making there since the beginning of time with the objective of providing of didactic and intercultural education in the communities. Once, were reviewed and collected the inherent data by the Group GEADES of the Universidad Autónoma de Occidente, in the framework of the project of strategies for recovery and integrated management of water resources in the basin of the rivers Cauca and Dagua, in the valley bottom of royalties, makes its way to be aware of educational and socioenvironmental diagnosis of the basin and its current state of school environmental projects - PRAE and citizens projects of environmental education - appropriate enabling give continuation to develop monograph through two phases, the first sample as it is the vision of the community to a environmental education and styles of life and thus can create grids SWOT where exposed the weaknesses, opportunities, threats of each community and in the phase two identifies the environmental perception of the inhabitants, allowing to develop the epistemological analysis of environmental education. The perception of the environmental education in the communities is not the same in each cultural context, aims to strengthen environmental culture, awareness and ensure the well being of the socio-ecosistema, for community that inhabits the basin of the Dagua River. In the development of the project mainstreaming strengthens decisions autonomously which favour the teaching strategies of implementation; Maintain asset groups essential to how the school environmental projects (PRAE) and citizens projects of environmental education, those who join the community and create eco-pedagogical strategies and Interculturalism seeks in the construction of a new social order allowing all social groups to exercise their rights
