This document presents the design of the environmental management system based in the NTC-ISO 14001: 2015 standard for the SEVALL organization (sebos del valle) S.A.S, organization dedicated to Industrialization, Transformation and Marketing of raw materials for the manufacture of soaps, the oil industry chemistry and recovery of industrial wastes of fats, sebum and oils vegetables. For the development of the project a collection of information was carried out about environmental management, base documents, definitions and questions to experts as well as organization recognition and tours, which allowed to obtain an initial environmental diagnosis. Following this, the environmental policy and regulatory framework of the organization, for which surveys and methodological tools were developed of prioritization of impacts that allowed us to propose action plans to minimize each impact generated by the economic activities of the company. As such, this design is expected to be implemented within 10 years, during which with the participation of the staff of the organization is expected complete execution, considering updates during the time of considered
