RESÚMENThe following work proposes the design of a methodology for the financial analysis of energy efficiency projects in the industrial and services sector, being validated in two Colombian companies. The methodology proposed is based on statistical theories and quality control tools, with the aim of identifying in the organization, projects that positively impact their energy performance and that are economically viable. Based on the identification of investments in Energy Efficiency (EE) projects, a financial evaluation is carried out using economic indicators and the EBaR® approach in order to finalize with a risk assessment for each investment, which eliminates the risk aversion that you have for this type of investments
